The Price:
Low-Season: May, June, September to December 20th: 800 THB per night inclusive of all utilities and breakfast. Monthly: 15,000 THB plus electricity: 7 THB per unit
High-Season: February, March, April, July and August, 1,100 THB per night monthly rate remains the same.
Peak-Season: 20th December to 31st January, 1,200 THB per night. Monthly rate is not available during this period.
